Rockwell Land breaks ground on Molinillo, the flagship neighborhood of Rockwell Center Lipa

Rockwell Land Corporation has officially commenced construction on Molinillo, the premier residential neighborhood of Rockwell Center Lipa, with a ceremonial groundbreaking held on September 22 at the development's Central Amenity.

The event gave guests a preview of the community's expansive leisure spaces, framed by sweeping views of Mt. Malepunyo.

The milestone comes after the strong reception to Molinillo’s first two tranches, launched in December 2024 and July 2025, which both sold out soon after their release. The project is part of Rockwell's 63-hectare mixed-use estate in partnership with General Milling Corporation (GMC).
