Before jumping back into the daily grind, it's important to pause and recharge—physically, emotionally, and mentally—to transition smoothly into the new year.

HOLIDAY BURNOUT IS REAL

The holidays, while often filled with joy and togetherness, can also bring a surprising amount of stress. According to a 2023 study published by the American Psychological Association (APA), 38% of respondents reported increased stress levels during the holiday season. The combination of year-end work deadlines, family expectations, and financial pressures can quickly overwhelm even the most enthusiastic celebrators. For many, the constant social engagements and packed schedules leave little room for rest, making it all too easy to feel completely drained by the time the celebrations are over.
