'PAMBANSANG GINOO' DAVID LICAUCO SHOWS ATHLETICISM IN 3X3 BASKETBALL LEAGUE

"Accomplished" and "multifaceted" are words one could think of to describe David Licauco. He is known as an actor and a brand endorser in showbiz. Away from the klieg lights, David enjoys being an entrepreneur and an athlete.

The STAR got to ask the Pambansang Ginoo on how he would juggle all these "characters" or "personas" in a recent group interview for his participation in the inaugural edition of the Pilipinas United 3x3 League.

"Di ba sinasabi nila (they would say that) you take it day by day. For me, I take it hour by hour," answered the Kapuso and ALV Talent Circuit artist, who navigates his activities through proper scheduling or time blocking. They range from business and fitness to show business and endorsement. "Mahal ko kasi yung mga ginagawa ko (I love the things I'm doing). Kung minsan nakaka-pagod (Sometimes, you get tired). I just have to remember why I'm doing this."

Like Pinoys out there, it's to give one's family a comfortable life and the future one.

According to his publicity team, the sporting competition was a FIBA 3x3 Lite Quest event with Andrew Combate and Eric Altamirano as founders. The Pilipinas United 3x3 League was mounted to further promote this kind or variation of basketball in the county.

David and professional cagers Louie Vigil, Gryann Mendoza and Tosh Sesay formed the Taho Story A Team and competed for the two-day event.
