Isko hits corruption 'blame game'

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno yesterday denounced state officials for blaming each other for widespread corruption in government.

Amid anti-corruption protests in Metro Manila on Bonifacio Day, Moreno said Filipinos should be wary of public servants pointing fingers at others.
“Sometimes when a person is about to fall off a cliff, they’d drag someone with them,” he said in Tondo during the 162nd birth anniversary of revolutionary hero Andres Bonifacio.
