Flood control scandal: ICI wants 17 on lookout bulletin

The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) has requested the Department of Justice to issue immigration lookout bulletin orders (ILBO) against 17 people facing charges of graft and malversation of public funds before the Sandiganbayan in connection with an anomalous flood control project worth P289.5 million in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.

The 17 include Department of Public Works and Highways Region 4-B officials regional director Gerald Pacanan, assistant regional directors Gene Ryan Altea and Ruben Santos Jr., construction division chief Dominic Serrano, project engineer Felisardo Casuno, materials engineer Timojen Sacar, planning and design division officer-in-charge Montrexis Tamayo, maintenance division chief Juliet Calvo, quality assurance and hydrology division OIC Dennis Abagon, accountant Lerma Cayco, bids and awards committee member Grace Lopez and BAC vice chairman Friedrich Karl Camero.
