E-vehicle grand prix in Metro Manila proposed

Foreign investors are interested to have Metro Manila host in the future a grand prix that would feature race cars powered by electricity, revealed the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
At a meeting of the Metro Manila Council (MMC) last Sept.
11, MMDA Acting Chairman Romando Artes announced the proposal for the "Formula E Grand Prix" to be held in Metro Manila. He confirmed to The STAR the event is also the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.
