Bistro Group, NDC ink deal for Makati property

Restaurant operator The Bistro Group (TBG) has signed a 25-year commercial lease with the National Development Co. (NDC) for the latter's property in Makati City.

NDC general manager Anton Mauricio and TBG president Jean-Paul Manuud inked the lease agreement for the 1,256-square meter lot along Kamagong St. in Makati that will serve as the new corporate head office of TBG Shared Services Inc.

The investment arm of the Department of Trade and Industry said the lease is until Jan.1, 2048.
