BI receives 2nd batch of ILBO
The Philippine Star
|September 06, 2025
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) yesterday said all 26 names in the second Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) linked to the flood control project investigations have been uploaded in their system and are closely being monitored.
In a statement, BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said they immediately implemented the second ILBO after receiving the directive of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla last Sept. 4.
The second ILBO is based on the list of names provided by Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon who, in a Sept. 3 letter to the Department of Justice, identified the individuals as Department of Public Works and Highways officials and private contractors allegedly involved in ghost projects and substandard construction.
The DPWH asks that it be informed if any of these individuals would attempt to leave the country.
