AREIT targets P20 B more asset additions

The real estate investment trust (REIT) of the Ayala Group plans to add up to P20 billion in new assets annually to maintain its market leadership and strengthen shareholder returns.
Based on AREIT Inc.'s three-year investment strategy, the company looks to acquire P15 billion to P20 billion in fresh properties yearly to add to its assets under management (AUM).
AREIT is riding high on the expansion of its AUM's value, which turned in a 19-percent growth to P139 billion this year, from P117 billion in 2024.
