Thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing him with a sacred opportunity to bring back holy relics of Lord Buddha from Kalmykia, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday said the exposition will strengthen the people to people ties between India & Russia.
