Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi on Wednesday said that the foundation for ‘Operation Sindoor’ was laid down in 2016 soon after Pakistan sponsored terrorists attacked an Army camp near Line of Control (LoC) at Uri in Kashmir’s Baramulla District.
