Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for the Budgam by-elections, Aga Syed Mohsin Wednesday accused Chief Minister Omar Abdullah of violating the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and said he has lodged a formal complaint with the Election Commission of India (ECI.
Aga Mohsin said that Omar Abdullah “knows the National Conference will be defeated, and that’s why he made announcements in the Assembly in violation of the Model Code of Conduct. I have filed a complaint with the Election Commission of India and I am confident that action will be taken.”
