LOK Sabha Speaker Om Birla is set to lead a parliamentary delegation to the 149th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, from October 13-17, 2024.
The delegation includes prominent members such as Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh, and several MPs, namely Bhartruhari Mahtab, Anurag Singh Thakur, Rajeev Shukla, and Aparajita Sarangi, among others. The delegation is further supported by Lok Sabha Secretary General Utpal Kumar Singh and Rajya Sabha Secretary General PC Mody.
