MEMBERS of the Puratchi Bharatham Party were forcefully removed and arrested by the police on Friday after staging a protest at the Vikravandi toll plaza without official permission.
The demonstration was held to demand the removal of toll plazas located within 60 kilometres of each other and the rollback of increased toll rates.
