"They say," he posted on X, formerly Twitter, "every ending will have a new start, my time as an IPL cricketer comes to a close today (Wednesday), but my time as an explorer of the game around various leagues begins today..." It means that he's set to follow in the footsteps of Dinesh Karthik in becoming one of the first Indian internationals to dabble in prime time leagues outside the country (the TN cricketer will have to stop playing in the TNPL too).
