Charges against Baghel junked in sex CD case

THE Special CBI court in Raipur on Tuesday has discharged the former Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel from all charges in connection with a sex CD tape that purportedly featured former BJP minister Rajesh Munat.
The court heard the plea from the ex-CM seeking to absolve him in the sex-CD row. Lawyer Manish Dutt defending Baghel told the court that he had been wrongly framed.
