'Threatened to expel her if she refused to comply'
A man has alleged that the management of a madrasa in UP’s Moradabad demanded a virginity certificate from his daughter, a Class 7 student at the institution. He also claimed that the management threatened to expel the student by giving her a transfer certificate if she did not comply.
