Man arrested for bid to set sub-registrar, self on fire

A travel agent, who was irked with the officials and attempted to set the Karungal sub-registrar and others on fire, was arrested by the Karungal police.
Sources said the accused, M Justus (57) from Sundavilai, approached Karungal Sub-registrar Ari Krishnan to register a plot of land several times.
