Says terror camps running in areas adjacent to border, warns Pak against 'nefarious designs'
DEFENCE Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday described Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) as India's "crown jewel". He said PoK was "nothing more than a foreign territory" for Pakistan, which was using that land "for terrorism" purposes.
He said the government's priority is to end whatever "dil ki doori" exists between Kashmir and the rest of the country and warned Pakistan to end terrorism or face consequences.
In Akhnoor, Jammu leading the Armed Forces Veterans' Day celebrations, Singh said, "J&K is incomplete without PoK. People there are deprived of a dignified life. Pakistan makes efforts to mislead and provoke them against India in the name of religion. PoK's land is being used for terrorism."
