Shivamogga FM station to have full-fledged studio: Minister

Attends installation of high-frequency transmitter imported from Canada for FM station at Doordarshan relay centre
UNION Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr L Murugan, said that Shivamogga will soon have a modern audio recording studio at its proposed FM radio station, complementing the All India Radio (AIR) centre in Bhadravathi.
He was speaking at a ceremony marking the puja and installation of a high-frequency transmitter imported from Canada for the FM station at the Doordarshan relay centre.
