Evict encroachers from Amrit Kaval area

PRESIDING over the integrated development review meeting at the Zilla panchayat auditorium here on Friday, District In-charge Secretary Rajendar Kumar Kataria expressed displeasure over non-initiation of any action on the eviction of encroachment and directed the animal husbandry department officer and the forest department officer to jointly conduct a survey and take swift action on evicting the encroachment.

The bureaucrat fumed at Deputy Director of Public Instruction (DDPI) Puttaraju for not taking any action on aided schools which had secured below 60% result in the SSLC exam during 2024-25, as suggested in the previous meeting. DDPI said show-cause notices were issued to the aided schools seeking explanation for the below 60% result, and notices have also been served to administrative boards of the 13 aided schools with below 50% results regarding cancellation of recognition.
