TENSIONS ran high in the city on Friday as the BJP Mysuru district and city units staged a protest against the alleged proposal to rename Princess Road as 'Siddaramaiah Arogya Marga'.
The protest, led by former MLA L Nagendra and former MP Pratap Simha, saw hundreds of BJP workers gather near Swami Vivekananda Statue at Cheluvamba Park on KRS Road to voice their opposition.
