Saffron party leaders walk away from the KDP meeting without listening to minister Dinesh Gundu Rao
WHILE attending the KDP meeting chaired by district-in charge minister Dinesh Gundu Rao on Monday, BJP MPs and MLAs slammed the Congress government in the state for alleged indiscrimination in the release of funds for developmental works in Dakshina Kannada district.
The BJP members, however, walked away from the meeting. Belthangady MLA Harish Poonja, Mangaluru City South MLA D Vedavyas Kamath and others alleged that several infrastructure projects, rain relief works and restoration works have been stalled in the district due to lack of funds.
