Bengal Labourer Held for Killing Co-worker

MANGALURU city police have arrested a construction labourer from West Bengal for allegedly murdering his co-worker, whose decomposed body was found in a sewage treatment plant (STP) tank at a construction site in Mukka near Surathkal.
Mukhesh Mandal (27), originally from Paranpur village in Malda district, West Bengal, had been missing since June 24. His co-worker, Deepankar, had filed a missing person's complaint at Surathkal police station on July 2. Two months later, on August 21 at around 10 am, the workers discovered Mukhe
