THE Civil Aviation Ministry has set up the Passenger Assistance Control Room (PACR) that functions round-the-clock to address and resolve air travellers’ grievances more promptly.
The ministry has decided to make it a permanent feature, after the AirSewa portal, the ministry's grievance redressal platform, came under pressure during the IndiGo meltdown that disrupted domestic flight operations between December 1 and 9.
