PM Narendra Modi on Friday launched a scathing attack on the opposition RJD and its ally Congress, blaming "mafia raj, goonda raj and corruption" for the state's backwardness when they were in power.
Addressing a rally in Siwan district, Modi said that "poverty, migration and corruption" had become the hallmark of the RJD-Congress regime, adding that the NDA led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar put the state back on track.
