|May 04, 2025
IN a strong and emotional statement, Karnataka Housing, Waqf and Minorities Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan offered himself to be a "suicide bomber in waging a war against Pakistan" while expressing his anger over the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 tourists, including three from Karnataka.
At a press conference he addressed along with Ballari Congress MP E Tukaram, in Hospet in Vijayanagara district, Khan said that he was ready to prove that Indian Muslims have no connection with Pakistan, whose army the National Investigation Agency (NIA) suspects to have played a role in the terror attack.
