To ease traffic on Kannur-Thottada-Thalassery route as the highway expansion is under way
AN all-party hartal will be organized in Kannur on April 8, demanding the construction of an underpass at Nadal to ease the traffic congestion on the Kannur-Thottada-Thalassery route as the national highway expansion is being completed.
The demand focuses on an underpass near Nadal OK UP School, where the highway construction is currently under way. The protest is being organized jointly by political parties, private bus owners, workers and traders.
