Former SC judge: Youth can eradicate crime, corruption

FORMER Judge of the Supreme Court Justice Shivaraj Patil gave a special lecture and interacted with students of Adhyayana Samsthe (Kannada Study Chair) of Gulbarga University here on Tuesday.

"We might not have got the opportunity to participate in the Freedom Struggle, but we are having ample opportunities to preserve and safeguard our independence and the wishes of the Indian constitution for building a strong and wealthy country. Caste, crime and corruption are like cancer in this country. Youths should come forward to eradicate these cancers," he said.

Justice Shivaraj Patil further added that there is no alternative for the achievement except to struggle on the right path.
