LODHA brothers Abhishek, who runs Macrotech Developers, and younger one Abhinandan, owner of plotted development firm House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), have "amicably settled" their disputes over use of "Lodha" brand.

The brothers have been publicly making allegations against each other for past many years. In statements issued separately, the brothers and their companies said on Monday that "the brothers and the companies led by them have amicably resolved all outstanding disputes under the guidance of their parents."
