Indian team to visit Belgium where he was arrested
The Indian government has intensified efforts to extradite fugitive diamond trader Mehul Choksi following his April 12 arrest in Antwerp, Belgium.
Sources said a multi-agency Indian team is likely to travel to Belgium to push for Choksi's extradition in connection with the ₹13,000 crore PNB loan fraud case. The process will need to pass through Belgium's domestic legal system.
