Foresters seize 3 live turtles, release them into sea

Gulf of Mannar Biosphere reserve forest officials seized three live sea turtles from a boat near the old fishing harbour and released them into the deep sea.
Sources said, the Gulf of Mannar biosphere Reserve Ranger Jono Blesil received information about illegal possession of live sea turtles along the beach road.
