Star Health Gets ₹49-Crore GST Notices

CHENNAI-based Star Health and Allied Insurance has received ₹49 crore GST notices from as many as six states including Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka and Telangana.
The notices have been served for several instances of non-compliances from 2018-19 to 2023-24. These include non-payment of GST on the transactions, non-disclosure of coinsurance as follower transactions in the statutory returns filed from time to time and
