S KAVIYA'S four wicket haul helped Coimbatore beat Tiruppur by 10 wickets in the final of the TNCA inter-districts women's tournament held at the Wahe Guru grounds. Tiruppur were dismantled for just 72 runs. The target was chased within 19 overs by Coimbatore.
Brief scores: Tiruppur 72 in 36.3 ovs (S Kaviya 4/9) lost to Coimbatore 73 for no loss in 18.1 ovs (B Sandhya 31 n.o, SR Monishaa 30 n.o)
