The Tirukkalaar police on Wednesday night arrested a 20-year-old youth for allegedly attacking a school headmistress, who had earlier reprimanded some students who were quarrelling on the road.
The suspect was identified as N Premkumar of North Vaattar village. Sources said Sujatha K (52) of Kottur in Tiruvarur district was working as the headmistress of Government High School in Vaattar village. On Wednesday evening, while returning from school on a scooter, she reprimanded
