GCCs generating $64.6 billion in revenue
GLOBAL Capability Centres (GCCs) are expected to generate 4.25-4.5 lakh new jobs in CY25, and about 10 lakh jobs by 2030. In its report 'India's Talent Takeoff- The GCC 4.0 story', released on Wednesday, technology and digital talent solutions provider NLB Services revealed that 35% of GCCs are eyeing 50-100% workforce expansion. It also says, overall the sector is expected to employ 33 lakh professionals by CY30.
