12 Arrested Over Mhow Violence After Cricket Win

A day after a victory procession celebrating Indian cricket team's Champions Trophy title win, reportedly triggered communal violence in Dr Ambedkar Nagar-Mhow town of western MP's Indore district, 12 people were arrested in the case on Monday.

A total five FIRs registered, of which 4 have been lodged on the complaints of residents of Mhow town hailing from one community.

Around two dozen vehicles have been either set ablaze or damaged, while a grocery shop too has been partially burnt.
