DEPUTY Commissioner Dr Anand K called upon farmers to explore opportunities in food processing along with their regular agricultural activities.
He was speaking after inaugurating a district-level workshop on the Prime Minister's Scheme for formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises, organised jointly by the District Administration, Zilla Panchayat, Agriculture Department, and Karnataka State Agricultural Produce Processing and Export Corporation Limited, Bengaluru on Friday.
