Collector Promotes Solar Rooftops to Reduce Electricity Bills

SREE Satya Sai District Collector T.S. Chetan on Tuesday urged residents to install solar rooftops under the Prime Minister Surya Ghar scheme, stating it would significantly reduce electricity bills and promote energy conservation.
He addressed an awareness programme organised by the District Electricity Department at Sai Aaramam, Puttaparthi constituency. Puttaparthi MLA Palle Sindhura Reddy, former Minister Dr. Palle Raghunath Reddy, and Superintendent Engineer (SE) Sampath Kumar also attended the event.
