Punjab's Open Market Borrowing Limit Cut

A confrontation is on the cards between the AAP-led Punjab government and the Centre, with the latter cutting the state's open market borrowing limit by ₹16,676 crore.
Sources said that the state government had sought a limit of ₹47,076.40 crore.
