IN his longest Independence Day speech lasting 98 minutes, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday ticked all the important boxes like pitching for a secular civil code, giving the one nation, one poll concept a further push, creating jobs, farmers, corruption, punishment for crimes against women, the Bangladesh situation, and the vision of Viksit Bharat (developed nation) by 2047.
