People Must Know Value of Freedom of Speech: SC

OBSERVING that citizens must know the value of freedom of speech and expression, the Supreme Court on Monday said people should observe self-regulation.
The bench said it would consider issuing a set of guidelines to regulate offensive posts on social media.
