THE Supreme Court on Monday held that the Allahabad High Court's order regarding the Shahi Idgah versus Krishna Janmabhoomi case was prima facie correct.

- SUCHITRA KALYAN MOHANTY @ New Delhi

No error in HC impleading Centre, ASI in Shahi Idgah case, says SC

This order permits the Hindu side to amend their complaint and include the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) as a party in the case.

On March 5, the HC allowed an amendment application filed by the Hindu side (plaintiffs) permitting them to incorporate new facts into the suit and add the Centre and ASI as defendants.
