HC rejects plea to sack Kejriwal as CM

THE Delhi High Court on Thursday refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking the removal of Aam Admi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case linked to the excise policy scam, as Delhi chief minister.
The PIL was filed by Vishnu Gupta, president of Hindu Sena. "At times, personal interest has to be subordinate to national interest but that is his (Kejriwal's) personal call. If he does not want to do, that it is up to him.
