THE Delhi High Court on Thursday refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking the removal of Aam Admi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case linked to the excise policy scam, as Delhi chief minister.
