LABELLING physical intimacy as rape after a relationship ends is illogical and harsh, the Kerala HC observed on Wednesday as it granted anticipatory bail to rapper Hirandas Murali, aka Vedan, in a sexual assault case.
LABELLING physical intimacy as rape after a relationship ends is illogical and harsh, the Kerala HC observed on Wednesday as it granted anticipatory bail to rapper Hirandas Murali, aka Vedan, in a sexual assault case. On the case, registered on a young doctor's complaint, the court observed that the circumstances were, prima facie, suggestive of a consensual relationship.
