Govt nod to new eye drops that can remove reading glasses in 15 minutes

INDIA'S drug regulatory body Drug Controller General of India has approved a new treatment designed to eliminate the need for reading glasses for millions of people suffering from presbyopia, a common age-related vision ailment that impacts those aged above 40.

UNION Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday assured rebel groups National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT) and All Tripura Tiger Force (ATTF) that the government would follow the tripartite peace agreement signed with them by every word.

At a function at Delhi's North Block, where the peace deal was signed among the Centre, the government of Tripura, and the two rebel groups, Shah said, "We will follow the deal by full stop and comma."
