Goa nightclub fire: ED attaches ₹17 cr immovable assets amid investigation

THE Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached immovable properties worth ₹17.45 crore as part of its ongoing probe into the alleged illegal operation of the Goa nightclub “Birch by Romeo Lane” at Arpora, where 25 people were killed in a fire in December last year.
This came as a Goa court on Wednesday granted bail to the club’s owners, Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra.
