Gehlot stamp all over Cong second list for Rajasthan

CONGRESS on Sunday released its second list of 43 candidates for the assembly elections in Rajasthan. To avoid controversy, the party has repeated most of the faces and has tried to cater to all sections. In this list, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has been successful in getting tickets for most of his supporters. Although A couple of Sachin Pilot supporters have also been given tickets in this list.

Niranjan Arya, who has been the Chief Secretary of the state and is considered close to Gehlot, has also been given the ticket. Some supporters of Sachin Pilot have also been included in this list. Brijendra Ola and Suresh Modi are those close to Sachin who are included.
Congress has given tickets to three minority Muslim communities keeping in mind all the sections. Naseem Akhtar has been given ticket from a religious place like Pushkar, although he had lost the previous seat. So far, four people from the Muslim community have been made candidates in both the lists.
