Four-year wait: Finally, full-time Registrar named

PROF Md Mahtab Alam Rizvi, who was appointed as the interim Registrar of the Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) in November last year, has now assumed charge as full-time Registrar for a period of five years.
This marks the first time the university has had a full-time Registrar in over four years, though the varsity had put out an advertisement to fill the vacancy in November 2022.
