Pre-poll alliance will have 'friendly fight' in 5 seats in J&K
AFTER days of hard bargaining, the National Conference and Congress on Monday finally sealed the pre-poll alliance for the first Assembly elections in J&K Union Territory since Article 370's revocation.
The NC will contest 51 seats and Congress 32 with friendly contests on five seats.
The two parties have left one seat each for CPM and Panthers Party.
